For most projects, a 50% deposit is required at the start, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
For smaller projects, 3D printing services, and private clients, upfront payment is applied. -
Invoices are sent at the start of the project and upon final delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

If a project is cancelled during the process, you will be charged for the work already completed. Any deposit paid is non-refundable to cover the initial planning and startup costs.

Yes, a set number of revisions is included depending on the package or project scope. Any additional changes requested after the initial agreement will be charged according to the current price list.

Yes. You will always receive a fixed quote before the project starts. Any additions or changes beyond the original scope will be approved by you before the work continues

Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered material as agreed. Thibblin Studio reserves the right to use the material in its portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. I always strive for efficient lead times and will provide a preliminary delivery date when you receive your quote.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted excluding VAT. For business customers within the EU with a valid VAT number, or customers outside the EU, VAT may be handled according to international tax regulations.
